New shop, new visual identity

2018 has been quite a yea for the Deffert family. A page in the history of the shop has been turned and with it a brand new store has emerged. To go along this major transformation,  Pleney Sports now has a brand new visual identity.

Conviviality and modernity

More than just ski rental Pleney Sports offers a moment of exchange and sharing to its customers. It’s this modern, user-friendly vision combined with expert equipment and mountain advice that has made the store such a success for so many years. The choice of a young, dynamic and colorful image was therefore an evidence to represent all the fun mood of the Pleney spirit with a new emblem – fine connoisseur of the surrounding mountains if any -: the Bigfoot!

A family story

Pleney Sports is also and above all a family story around the Defferts: François-Albert, Martine and their children Antony and David! The history and success of the store is based largely on the personalities of each and the friendly atmosphere they convey at the store. That’s why the new identity had to feature a family of mountain enthusiasts. You can now see a friendly Bigfoot family proudly represented on the walls : a mountain expert and caring head of family, a mother as stalled in skiing as crêpes, a big brother with glasses fan of snow and a small little one intrepid and rebellious. Any reference to existing or previously existing characters would be purely fortuitous!
